True allyship goes beyond symbols — it’s about intentional action, awareness, and everyday inclusivity. Join us for Safe Spaces, Stronger Businesses: LGBTQ+ Ally Training, a two-hour sensitivity training designed to empower workplace professionals, organizational leaders, and community changemakers with the tools and understanding needed to foster truly inclusive environments for LGBTQ+ individuals.
Led by Kanetra Hights of Cultural Heights Solutions, this interactive session will provide a safe space to explore the deeper dimensions of allyship and cultural competency. Participants will gain practical strategies to recognize bias, support LGBTQ+ colleagues and clients, and embed equity into policies and practices.
