Thrive Youth Center’s board of directors serves a critical role in supporting and achieving Thrive’s vision. The board works to align our daily work with our strategic plan, drive fundraising efforts, and more. We are currently looking for 3 or more board members to join us envisioning an equitable community where all LGBTQ+ young adults can flourish!
We know that our work must constantly center anti-racism and gender justice. That is why we are particularly encouraging applications and inquiries from the transgender and gender non-conforming community, individuals with lived experience of homelessness or housing instability, and applicants who are BIPOC.
