With every San Antonio FC goal Saturday, colorful smoke will billow out from the supporters section, drifting over Pride-themed corner flags and spectators holding rainbow fans.
For the second straight year, SAFC will host Pride Night at Toyota Field to support and celebrate inclusivity.
During the team’s match against Oakland Roots SC at 8 p.m. Saturday, players will take the field wearing custom Pride-themed pregame tops, designed with a colorful pattern of interwoven stripes. The shirts are being auctioned, with proceeds benefiting Thrive Youth Center — one of three local organizations connected to Saturday’s event along with Pride Center San Antonio and Pride San Antonio.
